Returns

Please do not send returns to our business address or warehouse address.

Eligible returns are sent to the designated return location shown directly in our Return & Refund Policy.

Ordinary change-of-mind returns are sent to our return location in China, and the customer is responsible for the direct return-shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items are handled separately. Please contact us before returning an item in one of those situations.

Shipping & tracking

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday.

Orders received after the cutoff, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or applicable public holiday, are treated as received for processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

For tracking questions, please include your order number and tracking number where available. You can also use Track Your Order.
