Jewels by Ana offers a 30-day return period for eligible products. This policy explains how returns, defective or incorrect products, and refunds are handled for orders placed through jewelsbyana.com.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may return an eligible product within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with any original packaging or accessories supplied with it where applicable.
2. Return Address

This address is the designated customer return destination. It is separate from the legal business address and the United States warehouse address.
You do not need to contact us merely to obtain the return address. If you need assistance with your return, you may contact hello@jewelsbyana.com.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return shipping to the designated return address above.
Jewels by Ana does not charge a restocking fee.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
4. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact hello@jewelsbyana.com with your order number and information about the issue.
These cases are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy.
Customers will not be required to bear return costs that Jewels by Ana is responsible for because of an incorrect, defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming product.
5. Return Inspection
Returned products may be inspected after arrival to confirm that the return meets the applicable conditions of this policy.
If additional information is required to identify the order or return, we may contact you using the contact details associated with the order.
6. Refunds
Once a return is received, inspected, and the refund is approved, Jewels by Ana processes the refund so that it is normally received within 5 calendar days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If an approved refund has not appeared within 5 calendar days, please contact hello@jewelsbyana.com with your order number.
7. Original Shipping Charges
Standard shipping for orders within the United States is free.
If any separate optional or exceptional delivery charge applies to an order, its treatment in connection with a refund will depend on the reason for the return and applicable law.
8. Exchanges
Jewels by Ana does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, or variant, return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
9. Return Shipping Responsibility
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipment and its direct shipping cost.
The amount charged by the chosen carrier can vary depending on the parcel, service, and origin of the return.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Refusing a shipment or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically complete the return process.
If a shipment is returned to us or otherwise becomes undeliverable, contact us so the order can be reviewed based on its actual status.
11. Cancellations
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@jewelsbyana.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment.
